L.E. Kaufman Golf Course is one of the finest public golf facilities in west Michigan. The course opened for play in 1965 and has an outstanding reputation as a challenging golf facility. Designed by Bruce Matthews, L.E. Kaufman Golf Course measures 6812 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 130 and a 72 USGA rating. The course features 3 sets of tees for different skill levels. Rated 4 stars by Golf Digest, the course features rolling fairways, perfect greens and picturesque scenery. L.E. Kaufman is the home course for the highly regarded Kent County Amateur Golf Tournament.
